Our staff consists of extremely qualified personal with over 100 years combined experience. Key Team Members: 

Adam Duran – President, CEO, Founder

Catalyst was founded in 2011 and is led by Adam Duran, with over two decades of experience in the Data,

Telecommunications, and commercial security systems industry, Adam brings a highly diverse skillset to the

company. His years of experience with customer service, estimating, systems design and engineering, project

management, and field installation provide a comprehensive background to the multiple divisions within Catalyst.

Adam works daily with the Catalyst team to ensure that all projects are designed and implemented with excellence

to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations and requirements. 

Brett Landis – CFO

Brett joined the Catalyst team in 2020 to oversee financial and business operations, ensuring that the internal

processes are well-managed in order to provide better external services. With his background in public accounting

and entrepreneurship, Brett provides a depth of knowledge that advances the business solutions Catalyst can bring

to the table. He works to enhance the customer experience through building up the technical capabilities of the

company, driving cost solutions that allow Catalyst to operate as efficiently as possible while providing better and

better value to our customers. 

Jennifer Ross – Colorado GM & Corporate Business Administrator

Jennifer has been in the integrated commercial security industry for 16 years. She started off dispatching service

technicians and went on to handle many additional administrative and operational roles throughout the years.

Starting as the business administrator for Catalyst, she has advanced to the role of Acting GM for the Colorado

operation. Along with a basic technical understanding, she has an experienced working knowledge of customer

service, accounts receivable, project coordination, and management to help our customers with any issues. This

enables her to help the Catalyst team to excel in their given roles and provide excellent customer service as well. 

Damian Portugal – Colorado Operations Manager

Damian has close to a decade of experience in the Electronic Security Industry. His years of consulting with

Tyler Linson – Colorado Project Manager

Tyler began his career with Catalyst in 2018 at our original office in New Mexico. Over the years, Tyler has expanded his technical knowledge as well as expertise and has advanced to the role of project manager. Tyler is an outstanding team leader, ensuring the high quality and care that we strive to deliver to our customers. His unique and impressive ability to assess any situation and determine the necessary steps to complete the project keep our customers coming back. 

Dan Agresti – Florida Operations Manager

Beginning his career in Denver, CO back in 2009, at age 18, Dan quickly developed a passion for the low voltage industry as a whole. With over 15 years of experience, Dan remains dedicated to growing his industry knowledge, showcasing his pride with high-quality work, and most importantly, providing a great experience for our customers. Now, as Operations Manager for our Florida market, Dan specializes in operational standardization, implementation of efficiency processes, and ensuring all team members maintain the high standards Catalyst is known for.

Josh LeBlanc- Florida Project Manager 

Starting his career in 2009, Josh has been diligent at building his knowledge and precision in structured cabling. With 15 years of experience in structured cable and 8 years of access control and alarms, Josh remains dedicated to providing the highest quality standards in the ever-changing industry. With Josh focusing on quality, he has built trust and satisfaction with customer relations by providing top of the line workmanship along with training to ensure customer confidence. Now , Josh has joined Catalyst to provide the Florida division with his efficient and reliable project management skills. Maintaining Catalyst standards on efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Staci Campbell – Project Administrator

Staci joined Catalyst in 2021, transitioning from a completely different industry. She has quickly become an essential member of our team, supporting our management in all facets of coordination, scheduling, and administration. Her exceptional customer relations skills set her apart as she strives to always go above and beyond for our customer.
